Where Are My Tickets?

Your tickets have been emailed to the address you provided when purchasing them.

If you can't find them, check your junk/spam folder.

Can I Get a Refund?

Accepted Answer

No. We cannot do refunds, or ticket transfers.

Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Where Can We Park?

Accepted Answer

We are an easy going bunch, and you can circle your wagons pretty much anywhere.

We do have designated areas, for VIPs and Team GOTH. Unless you are part of either of these, please avoid these areas.

If you are only a day visitor, then you will be required to leave your vehicle near the gate and hoof it over to the main area.

Can I Move My Vehicle Once On Site?

Simple answer. No.

Need to move? Speed limit is 5mph on site. Use Hazard Lights. Watch out for people.

Mess about - Find out. You WILL be removed from the site.

Can I Bring My Caravan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As long as you have paid for it.

Is There Space For An Awning?

On the side of your van? Yes.

Just be respectful of others spaces.

Can I Bring My Dog?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

We all love dogs but please respect others and keep them on leads.

ALSO, CLEAN UP!

It's not Team GOTHs responsibility to clean your dog mess up.

Can I Bring My Cat??

Yes.

We all love cats too but please respect others and keep them on leads.

Is There a Curfew?

We all love a party, however we need to be respectful of others.

Noise curfew is starts when the main Marquee closes (12 am).

Any loud music or noises after this will be shut down by the security.

Anyone refusing to  comply will be removed from site and banned.

Do You Have Showers?

We have full working showers on site.

They are open from specific times during the day.

Clean up after yourself.

Please respect the facilities, staff, who clean them, and other users.

Question 12

Can We Have a Firepit or a BBQ?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As long as they are raised off the ground.

Bring some bricks. Keep it raised.

The field is a working field. We have to pay, if you burn the grass.

Remember:

Break the rules. Get kicked off.

Can We Bring a Generator

Accepted Answer

Small portable generators are allowed on site.

Please be respectful of others and do not keep them running for ages.

NO GENERATORS AFTER CURFEW.

You will be asked to turn it off.

If you refusae then you will be kicked off site.

NO REFUNDS.

Question 14

Smoking, Drinking and Drugs

Accepted Answer

No smoking or vaping in the main marquee.

Drink responibly and clean up after yourselves. No glass in the main marquee.

Drugs are a big no, no. Don't do it kids. Think about Zammo. (if you're old enough to remember Grange Hill).

If you are caught breaking the rules, you will be removed from the site.

NO REFUND.

Question 15

Is There  First Aid On Site?

Yes. We have fully-qualified first aiders on site.

Find a member of Team GOTH, if you have an emergency.

PLEASE NOTE: We won't perform full surgery onsite. We can. We just won't.

Question 16

Is there a Show And Shine?

Accepted Answer

We don't have an actual Show & Shine.

In your welcome pack, you will find a flyer. As you wander around the show, you will see lots of amazing vehicles. Choose your faves. Fill in the paper. Give it to a member of team GOTH.

Results are announced after the Sports Day on Sunday.

Question 17

Will The Show Take Photos and Videos?

We have a dedicated, professional (kinda) photographer on site.

GATHERING OFF THE HILL (GOTHVW) reserves the right to take images, and use any photograph/video taken at any events organised by ourselves without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by GOTHVW, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, social media, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian;

A person attending a GOTHVW event who does not wish to have their image recorded should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, In writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph.

By participating in a GOTHVW event or by failing to notify us, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Garthering Off The Hill,  from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. Any person or organisation not affiliated with Gathering Off The Hill may not use, copy, alter or modify photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
